I view therapy as both a practical and transformative process, supporting insight, emotional healing, and a more grounded and meaningful way of living. Therapy is not only about working through challenges; it is also about remembering who you are, reconnecting with inner wisdom, and returning to yourself.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with nine years of experience supporting others on their path of growth and transformation. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, as well as in private practice, providing therapy to individuals, couples, and groups. My clinical work centers on anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, boundary development, relational concerns, and life transitions. Together, we explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, both past and present, to better understand how they shape your current experience and open space for meaningful change.
My approach is integrative and depth-oriented, informed by psychodynamic theory and transpersonal psychology. This allows us to explore both conscious patterns and the deeper emotional and unconscious material that shapes thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to support cognitive reframing, strengthen emotional regulation, and deepen mindfulness and awareness. My work is rooted in both psychology and the more expansive dimensions of human experience. As a transpersonal and depth-oriented psychotherapist, I honor the emotional, unconscious, and meaning-centered aspects of the therapeutic process. Together, we explore the patterns and experiences that have shaped you, while also creating space for insight, integration, and change.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I incorporate a holistic approach to wellness. With training in Reiki and sound healing, I offer opportunities to support mind-body connection, regulate the nervous system, and restore energetic balance. This work adds another layer of integration, allowing insight to be not only understood cognitively, but also felt, experienced, and embodied.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to this work and place strong value on creating a grounded, collaborative, and deeply accepting space where you feel safe to be fully seen and expressed. My style is warm, supportive, reflective, and genuine, while also encouraging curiosity, awareness, and growth.
