Reiki

Using layered sound frequencies from instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant tones, sessions create an immersive environment that invites the mind and body to soften and unwind.
Sound baths work through the principle of vibrational entrainment, where rhythmic and harmonic sound frequencies encourage the nervous system to shift into slower brainwave states associated with rest, receptivity, and restoration.
