I offer individual and couples therapy, available in both sessions and intensives. This work is grounded in an integrative, depth-oriented approach that supports meaningful insight, relational growth, and sustained personal change. Sessions are offered in person in Katy and virtually throughout the state of Texas.
In addition, I offer holistic services including Reiki and sound bath meditation, which support restoration through energetic, somatic, and experiential pathways. These offerings support regulation, embodiment, and overall well-being and may be engaged in on their own or alongside psychotherapy, depending on your needs and preferences.

My work is grounded in an integrative, depth-oriented framework that is both clinically informed and attuned to the complexity of lived experience. Rather than relying on a single modality, I thoughtfully draw from multiple therapeutic approaches to meet each client where they are, allowing the process to be both structured and organically responsive.
A central aspect of my work involves depth-oriented exploration, which is less common in traditional therapy settings and invites a more meaningful engagement with unconscious patterns, internal dynamics, and lived experience. I place particular emphasis on meaning-making, inner exploration, and the integration of emotional, cognitive, and somatic experience. This supports not only symptom relief, but a deeper and more enduring process of self-understanding, clarity, and psychological integration.

Sessions are intentional, attuned, and thoughtfully paced, offering a calm, grounding environment where you can settle in, feel at ease, and express yourself freely. A central aim of this work is to provide a restorative space where you can connect with your authentic self and attune to your overall well-being. The process is collaborative, balancing gentle inquiry with deeper reflection, allowing insight to emerge organically while remaining anchored in your immediate experience.

To support a therapeutic process that is attuned, flexible, and deeply individualized, I maintain a fully independent private-pay practice and do not accept insurance or provide superbills. This approach is intended to honor the integrity and depth of the therapeutic process and to ensure care remains guided by clinical judgment rather than insurance requirements or external constraints.
I care deeply about the quality of your therapeutic experience and the nature of our therapeutic relationship. Over time, clients have often expressed appreciation for the presence, attunement, and dedication I bring to our work together. I remain attentive to each individual’s unique therapeutic needs and value allowing the process to unfold organically in service of meaningful, sustained growth within a private-pay framework.
